1. Who is responsible for your data

From our form: your name, mobile number, email and any message you write.
For your account: your username, your password in hashed form, and your access period.
When you use the desk: sign-in events, the time, your username, your IP address, the pages you request, the stocks you look up, your device type and how long each desk is on your screen.
If you save one: your own watchlist, stored on our server.
To protect accounts: we check the type of network your IP address belongs to, because VPNs and server networks are not allowed, and we keep track of signed-in devices.
On your own device: your chosen look, saved filters, voice settings and desk order are stored in your browser, and a cookie keeps you signed in.

3. Why we use it

To set up your free trial or access, and to reply to you.
To keep accounts secure and stop logins being shared.
To run and improve the desk.
To tell you about AIPROPLUS products, where you have agreed to this.
To meet our legal duties.

4. Your consent

We use your personal data with your consent or as the law allows. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [support email]. If you do, we may have to end your access to the desk.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email and notification providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Other services on these pages

This website loads its fonts from Google, and the film plays from YouTube when you press play, so those companies can receive your IP address. Chart links on the desk open a third-party charting site. Their own privacy policies apply.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
