1. Who we are

This website and Saahil's Desk (the "desk") are run by [legal name of business], [registered address] ("we"). By using the website or the desk, you accept these terms and our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

2. What the desk is

The desk is a set of ten dashboards for the Indian F&O market, updated during market hours. It shows signals on both the buy and the sell side, for educational purposes. It is not tailored to your finances, goals or risk appetite. The final decision is yours, based on your own analysis and your risk capital.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

4. Free trial

The free trial runs until 23:59 IST on 30 November 2026, and access ends automatically at that time unless we agree otherwise. It is limited to one trial per person. We may change or end the trial at any time.

5. Fees after the trial

6. Your account

• Your login is for you alone. Do not share it, and keep your password safe.
• You can use up to three devices together on the same Wi-Fi. Signing in from another connection, or on a fourth device, may sign out your other sessions.
• VPNs and server networks are not allowed.

7. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, publish or pass on the desk's signals, screens or content.
• Scrape the desk, or use automated tools to collect its content.
• Try to work out or copy the methods behind the desk.
• Interfere with the desk, or get around its access limits.

8. Our content

The desks, their methods, names, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to view them while your access lasts.

9. Data and availability

The desk uses data from third parties and our own calculations. Data can be late, missing or wrong, and the service can stop or slow down. Each desk shows when its data last changed, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

10. Use of AI

AI is used to tag news stories and to write the sentences in the Closing Wrap. AI output can contain errors, so check anything you rely on.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website or the desk. [Overall liability cap to be set by your lawyer]

12. Ending access

You can stop using the desk at any time. We may suspend or withdraw access if you break these terms, or if we need to for security or legal reasons.
